Sorry but this is way out of scope. I wrote a very simple dmx tool as open source but that was only possible because I could levarage the work of the OLA community. See here: https://github.com/peterdikant/rpi-ola-controller. So I have a bit insight into programming DMX functionality.
Doing this on iOS without something like OLA to build on is definitely not possible in the timeframe I have available. So I'm afraid this is something that I will never be able to add.
My personal opinion on lighting:
Proper DMX lighting is extremely time consuming to program. I was doing this for a time. See here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dUPGBTxuyE (unfortunately the audio is german but you can see how it worked with QLC+ on a raspberry and TouchOSC remote on an iPod touch). It works but in my opinion it is too much effort to keep up programming your songs.
Currently I run dumb lights with some very slow color fades. More important than a choreographed light show is proper front lighting so that everyone can see you. With proper front lights and some color backdrops, most of the work is done.
I plan on adding Apecoin lights to my setup which have a very cool sound to light algorithm where each light performs a bit different to the other while still maintaining an overall color theme with the other lights. A very cool technology they have which I have not yet seen by another brand. A bit expensive but totally worth it. And it is setup within 5 minutes tops.
