I have just purchased your Stage Traxx x from ITunes. Almost loaded all of my 300 tracks and the app as crashed. I tried everything to restore so I uninstalled and tried installing again. It is asking me to pay again ....what is going on.?
Saxappeal You need to restore the purchase. Go to settings, select In App Purchases and tap on "Restore purchases".
Where does this crash happen? During the import? Or when you start the app?

Saxappeal This might be a problem with a specific song. Should it crash again, please try to locate the song that causes this crash and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will then try to reproduce the problem and fix it.
peter Peter I have been into my purchases and the Stage Traxx 3 is stating Pending. I don’t understand this because immediately after my purchase I was exporting more than the allowed 10 songs
It appears to be working again Peter as I have restored the purchase. Fingers crossed
Restoring the purchase within the app is usually finished within one or two seconds. What do you mean by the status in "My purchases" is pending? Are you talking about the App Store?
Peter the App is crashing as soon as I try and open.
I am afraid to uninstall in case i lose all of my tracks and lyrics
I have tried everything even to try and open from App Store but still crashing
A black screen comes up for 2 seconds then back to app icon
I have just doubled tapped the icon and the programmer comes up briefly then crashes again, I looks frozen
Make sure you update to the latest version 3.2.4.
