Just something I've noticed in ST4 since we moved the Region drag handles from the bottom (so we weren't mistakenly grabbing the scroll bar), up to the middle, is that they now sit right on the middle of the waveform.
Many of my backing tracks have minimal content (e.g. just some percussion), so sometimes the waveform I'm working with is only peaking at 25% above/below the top/bottom of the existing drag handles. As a result, the drag handles (along with your own finger on the drag handle) completely obscure the waveform making it harder to align the edge of a region, as I can effectively only see one side of the region. In particular, it makes it impossible to see the 'gap' between spikes which is usually right where I'm trying to put the region.
I know I'm now sounding like that annoying person that keeps asking you to move the couch to different parts of the room every 2nd day, but I'm wondering if the drag handles would be better suited being halfway between the current mid-point, and the bottom?

That way:
- it is not obscuring smaller waveforms, and
- it isn't right next to the scroll bar, and
- it moves them closer to the transport control and Region Details area so you don't have to move quite as far between these touch points (small movement efficiency gain).
