royandreno I may have missed something here.. I do all my lyric and region editing on my Mac. I like to work the editors in the light mode, but use dark mode for performance. ST3 allowed for this. ST4 seems to lock everything in dark or light mode. Am I missing something?
I believe the logic behind this is , it keeps everything simple .
Unfortunately the problem is we all edit and use other software that uses light mode and itโs a shock to the brain when editing in ST4 having dark mode because most of us prefer dark mode to perform with , so we are locked in.
We are now forced to keep swapping modes depending on what job we are doing.
ST3 just gave us exactly what we are use to, this includes the audio REGION area, and it just worked.
Light dark mode is only useful when performing, depending if indoors or outdoors, in my opinion all editing is done mostly indoors and should stick to the same mode most other software uses as its proven to work.
Thanks for pointing this out as I have already, but no one seems to be fussed.
One advantage of dark mode it uses less power not having to light up the background ๐
