After the recent discussion about WAV vs MP3 I decided to replace the WAV multitracks on a few songs with MP3s to see how they performed.
I used the ‘slide to left’ and ‘replace audio’ method to get the new files into the song.
Each time I replaced the file, the new file is dropped in at the bottom of the list
Is there some way the replacement can be dropped back into its original location to avoid having to drag the replacement file back into its original position every time?
