new old bug -mutes 1897

All my click go to buss 3, and are muted permanently unless i use a drummer
this was an issue in an older build but now every time i close and app and reopen, even though the buss is muted
the click is audible. when i unmute and re- mute the click stops

Sharonzaz Yes, you reported that two weeks ago. I was not able to reproduce the issue. But I just managed to reproduce it. Will be fixed in the next update.

ok, I mute the buss, close the mixer, reopen the mixer and the click is back even though its still
showing as muted

I just tried to repro this with Build 1897 but couldn't.
Bus Mute always worked, always persisted across songs/opening closing mixer.

I'd suggest reboot your iPad, then following the guidance and template here (https://support.stagetraxx.com/d/3628-st4-beta-testing-quick-guidelines) document a detailed and accurate set of repro steps.

ipad rebooted and the bug is still there.

Then I have to assume you haven't read the beta testing page as there is a pretty clear bug reporting template that you aren't following.
The template isn't there to waste people's time, in fact, one of the reasons for following it is that it makes you slow down and really think about the issue you are reporting instead of just reacting and blasting away on the keyboard. You will often find in the process of methodically documenting your situation, you find your own answer, or you find additional steps that do/don't cause the issue which are important to capture - this helps Peter narrow down the cause of the issue.

I say this from my own experience so I'm definitely not throwing stones in glass houses!

So, please keep in mind that the goal of beta testing and issue reporting is to help Peter, not create a mountain of additional work for him. The more effort all of us put into each issue we report, the less effort and time Peter then has to spend on it. As a result, he can fix more things, add new features faster.

Beta testing is a privilege, not a right. Most software developers keep it to a very small group of people they trust to provide quality testing feedback. They do this for a reason. Peter has been kind enough to open beta testing up to the entire community for ST.

So, if you truely value Peter's time, please follow his post on beta testing and logging issues.
If however, you don't give a crap about Peter, and don't value his time and effort, then by all means please continue on as you are.

More info: That was really hard to find. This issue could also pop up when moving from one song to another. @Damir reported this a while ago but I was not able to see it myself. Should be fixed for good in the next update.
