Can’t add new songs or new playlists

There is no + sign for me to add playlists or songs any more. What am I forgetting to do ?

In ST4 you need to be in playlists, at the bottom you see + , create playlist , enter this playlist again you will see a + at the bottom to add songs , very simple and nice to use .

Some more info would be helpful.
ST3 or ST4 Beta?
A Screenshot of what you are seeing (or in this case, not seeing).

In ST3, nothing has changed (ref: https://stagetraxx.com/user-guide/playlists/#add-songs-to-playlist).
Make sure you have Playlist selected at the bottom of the screen.
Then the menu bar just above the Play/Pause button will have a "+" icon far left.
