I have the latest update.
The only track that triggers the crash is when deleting the last one, and is not always, but it happens 70%of the time.
I understand that we have 8 assignable buttons, but we can only add a MIDI trigger to those 2, action 1 and 2. So before we had tons of actions in the midi section, now we have 5% of the options we used to have, and for me is quite a downgrade because I have a Morningstar midi controllers and I could navigate the entire song while playing using the midi controller, now I cannot unless I assign a button and stop playing the guitar and use the buttons to navigate to the desire part. We could touch the desire audio regions in ST3, now we can’t..
I did not move the tracks, and it happens sometimes…. Example, I have track 1 CLICK, track 2 CUES…. If I solo the Cues track I hear the Click…. And sometimes it works ok.
Having the skip behavior in the audio regions blocks is great for some people who want to modify songs structures. For example, today I’m playing a song with an intro, but tomorrow I want to skip the intro. I can skip it, but I have to enter the audio regions editor and select the skip button, but you already have a quick way to do this from the main screen, all options available but not the skip one. This is just a workaround to edit a song before playing it…. Not while we are playing. If the skip behavior does not affect a part currently playing, there’s no damage in adding it right? And that way you have all options available.
Would be nice to have more Midi options tho…. Or to assign midi to the 8 assignable buttons, that would solve it.
