First, congrats to @peter for your great work! Lots of interesting improvements on ST4!
Something that bother me in ST3 is the way to manage MIDI commands. Unfortunately, everything is mixed into the Lyrics editor (which is not an intuitive place to do that). So on complex songs, too much datas are stored on the Lyrics page, over the lyrics & chords themselves: DMX commands, program changes & CC, timecode for everything, etc.
On ST4, this would be helpful to manage MIDI commands outside of the Lyrics editor. I suggest to add a "MIDI editor" tab.

This MIDI editor could works with Commander blocks. Users could add as much Command blocks he needs, and edit them:
- Naming the Commander block (ex: "DMX scenes", "NordStage", ...)
- Select MIDI channel (All, or 1-16)
- Enter the datas (Timecode, PC, CC, Notes or anything else)
This way, all MIDI commands are found in a specific (and logic) Tab. No more needs to add [midi@...: ...@...].
A timeline, as in a DAW, would also be great for MIDI editing...
Thanks again, and regards,
