Strange click track phenomenon KV and Muzoma

I use Muzoma to download all stems from Karaoke version simultaneously, and it usually works fine, but...
When I download 'Brown Sugar'by the Stones, I've got some weird stuff going on. When I create a multitrack song in ST3, everything works fine, except the KV click track is too fast and waayyy off time. OK, I thought this was just usual KV craziness, so I decided to export the muzoma tracks into dropbox with the aim of loading into Reaper so i can fix the click.
So, then I import all the files into a new Reaper project automatically, so that I have one stem per track. When I play it back in Reaper, the click is fine, the guitar comes in on beat 10 like it should. Everything is ok. I havent changed or edited anything.
So then, I go back to ST3 and carefully reload all the same files from the same Muzoma folder that I exported for Reaper. Exact same craziness. Click Tempo is way off and not in sync at all. All I can think is that there are some cross linked files somewhere. Any ideas? I'm on ios 18.6 btw.

Maybe a filename conflict with another song so that you actually play the click track of another song? Make sure the filenames of your tracks are unique.

Yeah, it looks like Muzoma gives every stem a unique filename e.g. '02 Drum Kit 01771223444.m4a' whereas the click track is simply called '01 Click.m4a'. (Which would probably be the same filename for every other Muzoma folder I've downloaded). Would renaming it with a unique name in the Muzoma folder help?

I renamed the click track, and it worked!
