I have encountered an issue while using Stage Traxx 3. I checked the forum and saw a post mentioning that it is necessary to use an external router to maintain a stable connection. However, after some time of working with the router (with Bluetooth turned off on both devices), the session starts to drop out.
I have not been able to figure out how to reproduce this problem. It might be related to minimizing the app on my MacBook (for example, when I open Finder while the app is running, although I don’t always do this). Another possible cause could be when the iPad screen gets locked. After these actions, network issues seem to occur. However, I cannot say for certain what exactly causes the failure, because during performances I do neither of these things.
I have sent the logs from my MacBook and iPad. I would greatly appreciate your help.
