Playback of track on iPad not working

Hi,

Recently, we have been experiencing no sound coming out when we playback tracks on stage traxx 3 on the iPad. It use to work fine but suddenly stopped working. The play bar was showing the track being played but no sound. I know its not the sound on the iPad because music played through Apple Music works fine with normal volume.

We are running Stage Traxx 3.8.33 (9045). IPad version Gen 10 with OS 18.6.2

The only solution I found was to to reinstall Stage Traxx on the iPad, but it would be interesting to know what the problem was incase it happens again.

Reinstalling the app should never be necessary. In the worst case terminating and restarting the app is all that's needed.

My guess is you somehow enabled mute or changed volume settings. It's hard to tell from your vague description. Should you encounter this issue again, check all the volume settings (track volume, song volume, playlist / queue volume). Most likely one of those was way down.
