App won’t restore on my iPad

Hello

I recently purchased Stage Traxx 3 on my mid 2012 MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.7

However my intention is to use the app on my iPad Air 1st Gen running IOS 12.5.7 for live performances.

I downloaded the app but I can’t get it out of the free trial version and unlock it.

When I press Restore Purchase it hangs

Otherwise, if I click unlock full version, it’s asking me to purchase it again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Solved!

What I did is a basically move to purchase the app again. I press purchase and it prompted me to re-login to my Apple account.

It then prompted with a purchase complete prompt then after a second gave me another prompt that I’ve already purchased this app.

It asked me if I would like to download it again for free in which I did.

So it is solved! 👍🏻

Thanks for that ! I dug out an old mini iPad this week running on iOS 13.
Had exactly the same issue!!
So I will repurchase the older version (for free I hope 😂)

No matter which ST3 version, there is only one unlock full version item available in the App Store and the App Store does not permit multiple purchases of the same item. So you will never get billed twice no matter how hard you try to purchase the same item multiple times. Of course, if you use different AppleIDs you will be billed multiple times.
