Volume control

I want to uplift the volume of a track by 25% in the middle 8. I only want to affect ST3 not external amplification or instruments. I can obviously do it simply by using the action/learn function but of course that requires a manual trigger opposed to automatic. I should be able to work this out but I am stumped - anyone got any ideas please

Stefano If it's a single track (whether a 'track' as part of a multitrack song, or a track where you mean entire song) I'd be going back to where you create your tracks and re-mastering it the way you want. Less moving parts this way and a more reliable outcome.

Stage Traxx can only change the song volume via remote commands, not the volume of a single track. If you want to change the song volume, you can define how much a single action trigger will change the volume in Settings > Playback Settings > Volume Step Size. Change that to a value that you can work with but keep in mind that the change is immediate. So for example boosting by 12dB with a single trigger might be a bit too much.

Then assign actions for "Increase Volume" and "Decrease Volume" to a midi pedal or select the volume setting for the assignable keys.

In Assignable Actions and also with the assignable buttons. You can set the step size in Playback Settings.

Sharonzaz you could create a midi loop with a footswitch by sending a timed message from ST which would then send a message back to ST to change the volume.
