Stage Cue - Fade between clips and overlay logo

Hey All,

1st gig down with Stage Cue and it worked great!

I'm gonna guess these features have been requested already...

1) Be able to fade between clips rather than a hard cut

2) Have band logo's able to overlay on clips... So can easily use same clips for various bands / projects etc, when wanting logo always on screen...

Yes, I got request 1 a couple of times. But not sure about the ideal usage pattern. Is a global fade setting sufficient? I'm not sure. Would you need to define fade settings per video? And if yes on the video that transitions out or on the video that transitions in? And what if both videos have conflicting fade settings?

Regarding request 2: This is in my opinion out of scope as it already leans heavily into video editing territory.

For my purpose a global cross fade would be suffice. Perhaps it could an option for slow, medium, fast etc, however that rolls.

In a perfect world I'de love to have SC have playlists, so I can set what clips i want to play in what order and have them play and crossfade automaticallty between each clip. Perhaps having a Mellow set, Rock Set, Country, Pop Set etc etc... I'm not looking to spend hours making videos for each song / section for my purposes. Looking for a simpler setup.

The ability to be able to bring in new clips, delete certain clips, rearange the order on the fly like audio in Stage Traxx would be a dream.

While we are dreaming 😂, the ST and SC to be merged in to one so you load your cips in to SC and in the text editor of ST just place the clip trigger command similar to chord entry but it gives you a list of all your clips to choose the one you want to trigger at a particular time, and a command to end a clip , so each song has the ability to automatically get to the clip it needs including photos , just dreaming 🫣🤪
To add, a way to bounce between the two screenes so you can also quickly select any clip manually or by foot and get back to audio control. OK, TIME TO WAKE UP!

You can already do that in Stage Cue. That's what the video buttons are for.
