Hi,
After the latest update of StageTraxx 3, I'm experiencing a serious issue: every time I launch the app, it resets all my settings as if it's the first time using it. It shows the "What's New" screen and all my preferences are wiped out — every single time I open the app.
I already tried the following:
Reinstalled the app
Restarted the iPad
Disabled iCloud syncing (if available)
Verified system permissions and background refresh
Confirmed I have enough storage space
Nothing has worked. It’s acting as if it cannot store any user data or settings at all.
I rely on StageTraxx 3 for live performances, so this bug is very disruptive. Could you please help or let me know if a fix is coming soon?
