Stage cue app window must be active the app to work

Hi Peter, all
I am trying to use stage cue on the same mini Mac in which I have St3. It seems that if stage cue window app is not active (when I play the song on ST3 for example the stage cue app is open but the sc window is not the active one) it doesn’t receive the midi Trigger from st3 even if in song lyrics is correctly setted the note. The video doesn’t start.

gmerlinog solved!! I had to de-activate the “virtual midi port”

It is possible that virtual midi ports where enabled on both ST and SC. In that case you get a double trigger. Meaning you receive the trigger message twice over both virtual ports. The effect is that the video is started and immediately stopped.

This is the main pitfall when using virtual ports between apps. You really only need one app to have it enabled. That's why version 1.0.1 added the possibility to disable virtual ports.
