Hi Peter, I don’t like the way you have the Forum discussion laid out as it is not very easy to figure out how to create an appropriate discussion.
Why?
As you open new discussion you get presented with choose Tag on top so you start with that all options are below so I press Stage Cue, I am now stuck and confused as I can’t do anything . So I try this numerous times in different combinations to stumble on a way it actually works .
My suggestion is you make it fool proof by changing very little .
Force us to follow a very simple and logical path .
As you create a new discussion you get presented with a Simple selection of three options GENERAL SUPPORT FEATURES now we only have three options and no other options on screen to lead us up the wrong garden path.
When you select one of these then present us with all the other options , we don’t really know what a primary tag is as they are all grouped together and a very thin light grey line separates them without a label stating which are primary tags , so why not just give us a simple in line method to just go through the selection process where we can’t get off the proper path to create a discussion.
And instead of a tick that represents a selection of things just a simple save button will do as in other areas this is not used to complete a process but to select items.
Simply put , give us a path we can not get off so we don’t get lost or arrive at a dead end.
I was using my iPhone 16 pro max with latest software so I don’t know if that had anything to do with my confusion.
I got there in the end but went for a confusing walkabout for a while.
Also the tick is so light grey it looks like it’s disabled it should be a vibrant dark colour to indicate it can be hit at least.
The other thing that frustrates me , once I reply to someone I can not easily bounce back and forth to the other persons responses and my current response, sometimes it is complicated so we need to be able to easily bounce between the two.
