error loading song when sync in progress

im hetting an error when trying to sync stagetraxx says says cant find song or wrong format

i cant find this file in the stage traxx folder

Maybe an error during transfer of the song. What exactly do you mean by trying to sync? This error can only pop up when you try to open the song.
