Hi, I've been trying to open the full version on my iPad for the past week or so. I bought the full version on my iPad last year & now wish to open it on my MacBook. I have sent several messages using Stage Traxx 3 on my iPad but have had no reply via ST3.
However I did get this message: From Peter
"make sure you are logged in to the AppStore with the same account you used for the purchase on your iPad when restoring the purchase. If that does not work, please create a support email in Settings on your iPad. I can then check the logfiles why exactly the restore fails. "
As far as I know I have tried to follow these instructions & have set messages but have had no reply & still can't get Restore purchases to work. As far as I'm aware I have bought with the same account on my iPad which I used to purchase ST3. If this is impossible or if I'm doing something wrong please someone let me know! I will purchase again for my MacBook if necessary as long as I can share info between the 2 devices
