AnthonyB A quick internet search indicates that is is CC 123 with a value of 0 I'd take that will a grain of salt however as I've never tried it, and if it isn't specified in your synth/keyboard's MIDI spec it might do nothing, or something different if your manufacturer has used that controller for something else.
AndrewW AnthonyB thanks for that. Unfortunately I’d tried that and it doesn’t appear to reset notes on my iPad. I am using midi notes to control a DMX app. I have programmed them with “note on” commands. It works fine for 15 or so songs and then the dMX app crashes. I am assuming it is because the iPad is dealing with dozens of note on commands without a note off to reset it.
peter CC123 could work and also CC120. But keep in mind that you need to send it to all midi channels.
AndrewW peter because I have to do that for 150 songs times roughly 50 commands. It would take weeks to redo them. If I could put in a single note off at the end of each song, it would achieve the same thing.
peter Sending this at the end of a song should work: CC123.0@1,CC123.0@2,CC123.0@3,CC123.0@4,CC123.0@5,CC123.0@6,CC123.0@7,CC123.0@8,CC123.0@9,CC123.0@10,CC123.0@11,CC123.0@12,CC123.0@13,CC123.0@14,CC123.0@15,CC123.0@16
