Behringer MX88 Mixer/Splitter and TrackRig?

I'm trying to solve a problem and maybe someone has the solution.

I have just purchased a Track Rig and my goal is to send my Mic, Keys and various tracks from StageTraxx to the Front of House (XLR).

1: I have a stereo Keyboard, Yamaha MODX88 and I want to send a signal to my stage mixer (Flow8) for my personal monitoring and I want to send an output signal to the front of house mixing console.

2: I want to connect my XLR microphone to my stage mixer (Flow 8) while also sending a signal to the front of house mixing console.

3: I want to send backing tracks from my iPad to my stage mixer (stereo mix is fine for me) but send certain stems front-of-house (Drums, bass, Guitars and BGs).

The goal is to have the front-of-house mixing engineer able to have independent control over the vocals, keyboard, and select backing tracks without affecting my personal stage mix which I would have independent control over.

I have picked up both a Behringer MX88 Ultralink Pro Mixer/Splitter and the non-powered Ultralink 8 Channel Splitter. I mostly likely need a DI for the keyboard TRS>XLR and maybe one for the stereo out of the iPad?

Seems pretty complicated for such a common need. Does anyone have a better solution?
How would I route the MX88 UltraLink pro?

Actually running a splitter is the usual way to do achieve what you want. I don't know any other simpler solution for this.

But I don't think the MX88 Ultralink is what you need for this purpose. What you actually need is something like Ultralink MS8000 and a bunch of DI boxes for your line inputs. You then connect all channels you need to the front of the MS8000 and then feed all these channels to both your own mixer and FOH. Your Flow 8 is too small for this purpose as it has only 4 Mic inputs and all signals will be at microphone level.
