Damir Update your operating system to latest possible , delete ST3 and reinstall it then update it to the full version in settings.
peter I don't think it is necessary to delete anything. Another user has currently a problem purchasing the app. I think there is a temporal problem with the App Store. I would try again in a couple of hours.
