  • Happend Again. StageTraxx requires Apple Store ID prior to first launch?nch?

This has happend a few times on the gig. StageTrax will not load. I get a popup notification something to the effect of "you must connect to the app store before first launch of stagetraxx".

Did it again last nights NYE gig. Thankfully they had internet access and I was able to provide my app store password. Then it launched.???? This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened! Without the venue having an internet connection I would have been screwed!

Yesterday afternoon, before the gig I turned on the ipad, connected the ipad to my PC and itunes, and did a sync in order to add Auld Lang Syne. During that session, it did not ask for APP Store Password?

What the heck is going on????

I have no idea. Are there any other users having this issue?

Did it again on tonites gig. Set up my iphone as a hot spot... then verified Apple Id. Disconnected hot spot and ST3 loaded. This is REALLY aggravating. Again, before I left home for the gig I verified that ST3 would load. Got to the gig, it would not load until I verified Apple ID!

Again, are there other users experiencing the same? I did never see it happen on my device and I have so far heard of no other users about this issue. Do you maybe use multiple Apple Ids?

Thanks Peter, A few folks said IOS13 solved the problem. I am still on 12. Are there any issues with IOS13 and ST3?

Same Apple ID on all 5 devices..

No problems that I am aware of.
