Hi Peter,
I mentioned this in the past and you said you'd add it to an update. Could you please make it so User Interface > Behavior has the option for Screen Lock Enable / Disable when on Laptop? When I export my work to my iPad, I always have to manually reset this option.

And I have a request.
In the Export options, can you add an option to simply export the Song List (titles). This would be VERY helpful when someone asks "what songs can you play?" or if you need to export a new list for karaoke, etc. There could also be an added Data entry in the song info that is "Export Title" so that the song list visible to the user is something different than the "official" title for the export list.

One other request.
Can we please be able to toggle a song from Lyrics Only to Multitrack Song without having to delete and recreate the song?

I checked the changelog and it seems I forgot to implement this issue. Sorry about that. I added it to my todo and will implement it in the next update.

Regarding export: Just enter edit mode, select all and create a new playlist with all songs. Then export the playlist in text format. Then delete this playlist.

Version 4 will no longer have different song types. You will be able to add or remove tracks as you please.

I wanted to change it and realized that I already implemented the feature in update 3.8.13:

  • Fixed backup will reset some optional settings to default values

I think the problem is that the setting is part of the backup file even though you can not change it on the Mac. It will just use the default value.

You can fix it by creating a database only backup on your iPad and restoring it on your Mac. That will switch the setting from the default value to the value you use on the iPad. When you then create new backups on the Mac, they will use your setting from the iPad. Of course, make sure iPad and Mac contain the same data when you do that.
