Download to my other computer

Everything is going great on my OLD iPad. But I want to borrow my wife’s new iPad Pro M4 chip because it has a nice BRIGHT screen.
When I try to download ST3 and to get or find the “account” option, I can’t find any way to see it. So how can I get my ST3 loaded on this other computer?

Don not sure what you mean by account but you could airdrop them to the other iPad.

Do you mean how to restore your purchase? Go to Settings > In App Purchases > Restore Purchases. This will only work if that device is running with the same AppleId you used for the purchase or in an iCloud Family.
