Sound output issue, volume soft

Hi all, new user, loving the app, I did do a search could not find something similar, I am on iPad iOS 18, just a small issue, when I play sound from another app e.g. YouTube audio out of jack is load, but from Stagetraxx very soft. I have adjusted the volume in the app but still no luck. It has about 10% sound ratio when in Stage, Am I missing somewhere to set this up?

There is a good technical reason to why ST3 is lower in volume which i think is good , your problem is that uTube does not have its own master volume control so my simplest suggestion is use ST3 as one tool for backing and use another device to do all your other stuff , ST3 is designed to do one particular job very well, thats on stage backing track player, i disable everything else unnecessary on that iPad to save computer power and battery life i also make sure nothing can turn off my device or interfere with ST3, then i use my other devices like iPhone if i need other stuff like background music or uTube or anything else like a backup device incase my iPad spits the dummy, the lower volume has never been an issue and i never have had distorted sound due to tweaking the ST3 eq.

Do you have the Combine Headphone & USB option active? Try to disable it. With that option active, the volume slider has no effect and some devices have a fixed low volume.

Hi, I Needed it have that enabled, i switch the 2 around headset from usb sound card thanks

KevinOlson I am afraid it is not possible to change the volume when that option is enabled. Seems to be an iOS limitation. Try adjusting the gain in your mixing desk if you need that option.
