Select a track for audio regions

I use multitracks. In Audio Regions, it only gives me one choice of my 8 tracks. It would be perfect and easier if I could select the click track as the audio file to use to create my audio regions. But it appears as though it picks a random track for every song.

Is there a way for me to make sure it allows me to choose any one of the multitracks?

There is a button (looks like a waveform) to select the track in multitrack songs: https://stagetraxx.com/user-guide/audio-regions/#audio-region-editor

I am aware of the button, but when I click on it it only offers me one choice.

Then all other tracks are shorter than the one that is offered. Make sure all your tracks have the same length. You can not build the waveform from tracks that are shorter than others.
