  • Multitrack Routing Volume Controls?

Hi Peter/All,

Is there a way to adjust the volume of all multitrack stems at once?

I have set up my multitrack stems to all have the same elements on each track as much as is possible, eg click is 'TRACK1' and voice tags are on 'TRACK2'.

Whilst rehearsing I realised that all of the clicks need to be 2/3 db louder and the voice tags 1/2 db quieter but I don't think there's a way to adjust levels for the different Tracks for all of the multitracks simultaneously, eg TRACK1 louder for all multitracks, and believe that I will have to go into each multitrack and adjust separately.

I would be most grateful if someone could confirm though,

PS: I know that I could do this by using a digital interface and splitting all of the seperate tracks, but I'm using the traditional split the left and right signals for click track and backing tracks respectively, so am looking to do it within the software if possible.

No, each song is independent. There is no way to mass edit volume changes on multiple songs. Version 4 might have bus master volume sliders (not sure yet). That would do exactly what you want if each track is routed to a separate bus.
