Key changing/transpose

I have always used stage traxx3 on my iPad but recently purchased stagetraxx 3 on my MacBook. no matter how I try ive followed all threads and info about this the songs will not change key. With ST2 it was instant and I never had an issue is there any advice how to do this please. I have all relevant things selected but the songs will not change and there's no indication that they have been altered. please help its driving me mad. thanks in advance

abbyfaye86 are you trying to change the pitch of the song and/or transpose chords?

If you use the song properties view to change transposition, lyrics are only updated once you close the view. This will change in the next update 3.8.21.
