I think you’re one of very few people who can’t wrap your brain around the fact that (current and has been since the beginning) Apple and only Apple can run pro audio apps. Android isn’t built for that purpose and never has been. If you want pro you’ll need to get a decent and current enough iPad, second hand they are very cheap and plenty of them available.
If you’re willing to settle for anything less then clearly you aren’t taking your gigs seriously enough, maybe you’re just a hobbyist. And that’s fine. For that there are plenty of lesser and free/cheap android apps. No pro will ever consider using a crap cheap app. That’s what think 😊
This app, and for the sake of this debate, no iPad really have failed me. And if one did act up, then I’d use one of my spares, at any given time I have at least 3 or 4 iPad pros. Not the latest, but gen2 and 3. If that’s what you do to earn a living then you’ll need to make provisions, just like me as a guitarist bringing a spare guitar in case anything happens. Spare mic. Mic stand. My experience made me get spare just about everything, but I’m a freak. That’s how I deal with it 😁🤪🙃🥴🤓😆😆
No intention to insult anyone. Just my 2c
