Lower version in old Ipad, doesn’t recognize the purchase I made.

Hello. I have 2 IPads, one Pro first edition and one IPad Air.
The IPad Air doesn’t go further than 12.5 software version.
When I made the download of Stage Traxx, automatically made a lower version, than the Stage traxx that I have in IPad Pro. My problem is that doesn’t recognize my purchase already made in IPad Pro. How can I resolve it?
