I have ST3 on 10 iPads, varying from iOS software version 12.5.7 all the way up to 17. I have been working on all of the new updates for a show on Saturday and the 12.5.7 software updated then asked me to unlock the full version. Since I already have the full version, I went into in app purchases and pressed restore purchases, but in the upper right hand corner, it just spun and then stopped and asked to unlock full version.
Also, I have a back up in iCloud, but I guess this version 3.6.7 of ST3 It’s not connected to iCloud. Can I hook this up to my computer and download the back up into this iPad so that I can get the new songs for this weekend on the iPad?
It looks like either this iPad is on a different Apple ID or it is just not restoring the purchase because I can only load five songs, but it is not allowing me to restore purchases. I will check this on One other iPad or if I need to purchase more apps on a different account, I can do that as well. But I believe you said in the past that it’s associated with my Apple ID and should work with all iPads. Let me know if there is anything I need to do or if I need to re-explain. I love the app And the updates! Thank you ahead of time for all helpful replies.
