Can midi commands send hexadecimal notation?

I'm trying to send a tempo command from ST3 to my RC600 from a lyrics only song (no tracks). I've been able to successfully. Set the tempo via Loopy Pro from my iPad by sending it hexadecimal notation but I can't figure out how to send the same message from ST3 (if it's even possible).

Why do I want to send tempo from a lyrics only song?
I use backing tracks for a lot of my show but about 1/3rd of my show is acoustic only and now I'm looking to incorporate the RC600 looper into my show. When I bring up the lyrics on ST3 I would like for it to set the tempo of the song on the RC600 so I can trigger the rhythm track and start looping my guitar immediately. Otherwise I have to use Tap Tempo and hope that I'm close to the actual tempo I want to use.

I guess you mean sending sysex midi data. That's currently not possible.

I am in the same boat. I added 5 seconds of silence to my multitrack “lyric only” song.

Next I will try:
Option 1
Then I send a PC change and select a memory in RC600 which has the bpm set.

option 2
Use an Assign. See if you can send a CC# from ST3 to an assign in the RC600 and change the tempo

I haven’t tried this yet as most of my set list is specific and I am naming each track and the bpm is set, but this question was on my mind! I will be trying this soon.

I sent from Ipad from lyrics of the StageT3 — MIDI command
[midi@00:00.60: CC32.002@1, PC.015@1, CC69.000@1] I use this for change patch on guitar pedal Helix6 this works good.
I have Allen Heat Qu16 mixer in which i want to change Scene by midi so I sent same midi message above from StageT to Qu16. Faders on Qu16 change position and other channal on mixer has been muted but scene was not changed how can I use PC and CC midi messages from StageT to change Scene on Qu16 midi chart on for Qu looks like this

(Bank1 MSB) (Bank1 LSB) (Recall Scene)
BN 00, 00, BN 20, 00, CN, SS

SS is Hex number of scene on Qu16

Is this Bank1 MSB same as CC32
And Bank1 LSB same sa CC00 or CC69
What is the Bank 1 which needs to be set on 1 before recall scene with number of scene

I sent message to Allen heat support they tell me to follow messages from StageT by midi monitor is there some program who can translate from this form to hex and this HUI or Mack

I mean when you sent message from StageT CC32.000@1 and CC00.000@1 is that same like in hex
To set bank B0, 00, 00 (Bank1 MSB) And B1 20, 00 (Bank1 LSB) to set Qu16 on Bank1
Or how I can translate to hex comand like CC32.000@1

Your midi syntax is wrong! Try this: [midi@00:00.60: PC0.2@1, CC69.0@1]

I guess it does not matter what PC command you send. If you excplicitly want to send Bank Select without a program change, you could write: [midi@00:00.60: CC0.0@1, CC32.2@1, CC69.0@1]
