Bluetooth not connecting

Hi , i am using a powerwerks system one PA. Stage Traxx will not connect to the bluetooth. All my other apps will play but not Stage Traxx. Ive tried it with my Iphone 11 and 8, my Ipad 8th gen and my Macbook Pro 2020 M1, they are all running latest ios and Stage Traxx is up to date. If i look in settings in Stage Traxx it says audio s output to Bluetooth. Any advice ?

ST3 uses the current iOS audio output. If you already see that Bluetooth is the current output on ST3 I can only imagine the hardware volume being turned down.

peter hi thanks for reply. Ive tried that. Ill set it up wnd try again. I can play any other music app and it plays the sound from youtube just not ST3? I’ll try it again.

Then check your volume settings: song volume and playlist/queue volume
