CC Command List?

I am trying to use a button from my RC600 or my Line6 HX Stomp as a MIDI button to Toggle Loop On/Off in ST3. ST3 does not recognize the pedal as a MIDI controller when I attempt to use the learn function. So is there a specific MIDI CC value I can send to ST3 that it will listen to for Loop Toggle On/Off?

Prior to asking, I tried searching the website for a master list of CC values, but I could not find one.

There is no master list because ST3 can work with whatever you send it.

First make sure that the RC600 is capable of sending midi when you press a button. You can use a midi monitor to verify that.

The RC600 User Manual says:

"Transmitting Control Change messages:
If you select a Control Change as the “ASSIGN” (p. 18) target, you can transmit MIDI control change messages by operating the buttons and knobs on the RC-600, or by using an external footswitch or expression pedal (connected to the CTL 1, 2/EXP 1 jack or the CTL 3, 4/EXP 2 jack)."

I think I just need to know what channel ST3 is listening on then. Or does the Listen/Learn function in the Assign Action page listen on all channels?

ST3 listens to all midi channels.
