  • Controlling Mixing Station from Stage Traxx through Midi

Hi all,

I have searched for a way to control Mixing Station (Behringer X32) through Stage Traxx. Both apps are running on the same Ipad.

My purpose would be to control mutegroups on the X32 automatically through Mixing Station, when I start a song in Stage traxx.

I have found what I think is the Midi syntax for a simple Mute channel on/off at 2 second mark, that should be:

midi@00:02:00: CC0.127@2
(Ch Mutes -> CH:2 Cmd:CC No:0-31 Value:0/127 Changes: Input Channels 1-32)

I have enabled General Midi in Mixing Station - but it seems that the two apps does not see each other?

(Sorry if this is a stupid question, my Midi knowledge is not that great yeat 🙂 ...)

Isn't this the midi command to control a X32? From what I know about mixing station you can map midi quite freely to whatever you want to control in mixing station. So you would first need to create a midi mapping in mixing station and then send those commands from ST3.
