Hi, I have an oldish iPad - software version 12.5.7 and it won't update any further. If I purchase the full version of ST3, will the software work OK into the future?

You will not be able to run the current version on iOS12. The newest version running on your iPad is version 3.6. So you will be stuck on that version without any new updates.

Hi Peter, Will version 3.6 continue to be supported for the foreseeable future and be bug free? My only concern is that I buy the full 3.6 version only to find it won't work within a short time after buying it. I would then need to buy a new iPad to continue using ST3.

No, version 3.6 is not officially supported. The current supported version is 3.8.
