The flic2 is a genious little bluetooth button gadget that in many ways are better for the end user than an airturn pedal - or other bt-pedal.
I do solo gigs as a one-man-band with my own backing tracks. I play guitar with a wireless to make me more free to connect to my audience at gigs.
With the flic2 attached to my guitar i can easily start the next backing track on the list without me necessarily having to be standing next to the airturn.
The flic2 bitton sits right beside the volume of my guitar, so i dont ever have to fool around to much to get my tracks started.
I’ve just started using StageTraxx 3 after using Onsong, forscore and bandhelper for years and i see that ST3 absolutely has everything i’ve ever been missing with the other solutions for my backing track live gigs!
And with the genious crossfade solution in ST3, it close any gaps between songs making my set float flawlessly between songs.
ST3 has it all but direct support for the flic2😄
Now, i understand that i can program the flic2 button to work via midi.
Midi programming like this is not all that logical to me, and i just cant get my flic2 to connect with my ST3.
I would really like to have my flic2 to start/crossfade on first click.
Stop with fadeout at a double click.
Thats all i need really.
Is it possible to get an baby steps guidance on how to program the flic2 to do these things?
