I loose all sound I check everithing start tablet again and stagetraxx

I lose song volumen I can not hear songs. All song but iPad is working normal when I play you tube. Do I need to reinstall stagetraxx

This happens when I put on both outputs headphone and usb

Check the different volume settings in ST3: queue/playlist volume, song volume, master volume.
