StageTraxx3 file storage not correct.

I have just over 300 mp3 songs in the Stage Traxx 3 program on my ipad. Each song is between 6 and 10mb in size, which at the most would be 3 gig of storage. I have no backups saved on my ipad. I have No pdf files in the program. I have no multi-track files in the program. Nothing else except those 300 mp3 files and the text files that I've put into about a 100 of those songs so far. When I go into my ipad and check ipad storage, it says that I have over 23gig of storage being used by Stage Traxx 3. I've gone thru the 300 files listed and it still only comes up with around 3gig of storage. It doesn't list anything about the text that you put into each song or where that is stored. And it says the app is only 10.1mb in size. Can someone please tell me how to find and hopefully delete those other almost 20gig of files. I've looked everywhere on the ipad and can't find anything. Can it be temp files created by Stage Traxx and if it is, how can I find and delete them. Thanks. Rich

Mrgforce check your rubbish bin and make sure you empty it as that will be registering the memory used untill its emptied.

Damir. Thanks for your reply. I just went and found out how to get to find files to delete and there are none there. It's under the "Files" app, correct. Everything listed for stage traxx is shown and it's only the 300 mp3 files that add up to 3gig. Still looking for the other 20gig that it says stage traxx has.

UPDATE .... just after going in and finding NO files in the trash, suddenly now stage traxx says there are only 3 gig taken up and the storage space in my ipad now says the correct storage amount. Don't know what I did, which was nothing, but it's now OK. Thanks for the help. Appreciate it.

Yeah, it takes some time until the OS recalculates the available storage after cleaning up the trash.

Another reason for ST3 using more space than you expect is iCloud sync. iOS and macOS cache some of the files synced with the cloud. This takes up additional space. Unfortunately there is no way for an app to clean that up automatically. Even a manual clean of the cache folder only leads to the OS redownloading these files. So if you are short on available space, deactivating cloud sync can clean up some space.
