Multiple copies of Stagetraxx

Hi Peter,
I’m quickly getting used to the app which I find excellent and very easy to use. I would like a backup app for my second iPad which I’ll set up as another device just in case anything goes wrong at a gig, ( only a matter of when, not if)
Do I have to purchase another copy or can I use my copy on more than one device?

richie2uk just dowload ST3 to new device using same apple id and create full backup onold device then transfer that file to new device and install it using restore backup in settings.

Ah I didn’t make clear, it’s my wife’s iPad not mine. So on the App Store it will see the download as a new purchase. I suppose I could use my iPhone as a backup instead if this method is not possible?

Stage Traxx supports Family Sharing. So if you and your wife are in an iCloud Family, you can restore the purchase on the device of your wife.

Thanks. I’ll check this. I downloaded a copy to my own iPhone today and this seemed to work ok. The restore function was seamless and trouble free.. So I now have an emergency backup while I check our family Apple group, I suspect it’s not something we have though.
