Mirror Copy of ST3 on another device

I've got over 100 tracks on ST3 which has taken me ages to correctly sync lyrics to guitar chords to solo breaks (I'm a singer guitarist). I have these on my iPad and I'm wanting to have a mirror copy on ST3 on my MAC so I have an exact backup, then if something happens to my iPad I'm covered. (Leaving them as separate files on Icloud isn't really enough as I've found with lyric / chord files when I copy these into ST3 the chords are always out of sync and its up to 30 minutes a track to get them lined up again)
What's the best way of doing this please?

First of all: Create backups, then create even more backups and then store them somewhere safe (not on the iPad)!

Then easiest way to move to a new device is to airdrop that file to the other device.

What I prefer: enable Cloud sync. First on the device containing your data, then wait for the sync to finish and then on the other device. But create a backup first before you start this!
