Sync with Icloud toggle switch

Hi Peter, the sync with I cloud toggle switch should this always be left to on, I wrote a post already and I don't see it, so I just wondering if this is why I have to go online on my PC login to my I cloud and upload my new songs there, because usually I just do it through my stage traxx on my ipad, and also if I should have the switch always to on, how did it get turned off, thanks Peter

Don't confuse iCloud Drive (I guess you mean that when you talk about your PC) with the Cloud Sync. The latter is used to automatically keep multiple instances of Stage Traxx synced. You don't need it if you are only working with a single iPad.
