I’ve paid to unlock full version but app doesn’t recognise it, still thinks I’m in trial , can you help cheers magician

Do you see a checkmark in the In App Purchases screen besides "Unlock Full Version"?

Does the purchase appear in your App Store purchases history?

What happens when you tap on "Restore purchases"?

Thanks Peter yes restore purchase was the one that did it, whilst you are on may I ask I have assigned one of my
Air turn remote buttons to volume , I can see on the app screen the volume goes up when button is pressed but track doesn’t get any louder to the ear , can you help , ps great app by the way mark

I just tried it and I can hear a change. But keep in mind each pedal press will only increase the volume by 2dB. So if you initial volume is very low (like -60dB) you probably won't hear the 2 dB difference. If it is 0 dB and you increase it to 2 dB you can hear a difference.

Hi, I’m having a similar problem. Having paid for to unlock the full version every time I try to add the first new song in a session, a pop up tells me I’m using the free version and need to Open in App Purchases, and when I go through the “purchase” a pop up tells me I have already purchased!! But then ST3 appears to crash and when I restart a message appears stating the app quit unexpectedly! Can anyone help as I don’t want to have to go through this process every session?
