No Audio

Sorry if this is an old issue but. StageTraxx was working fine, no issues through Line 6 Helix. Then after I installed Ableton Live 11 which is playing audio through the Helix, but now StageTraxx does not. The track play progresses but with no audio. All other audio apps are working through the Line 6 Helix. I deleted Ableton Live 11, No help. I deleted and re-installed StageTraxx, No help. I reconfigured the Helix Audio. I reinstalled the Helix drivers. If I select internal Speakers I hear audio. When I switch to helix I do not. I don't know what else to try.
Any Ideas?

Are you talking about the Mac version? What does your audio routing page look like in Stage Traxx?

What I discovered is many of mt=y songs are missing random audio tracks. Not all, but 20 or so. It happens that the tracks I tried to play were missing the audio for them or they won't play/corrupt? That's why I thought the audio was out. I don't know if this is a coincidence or if I deleted a file? I'm now trying to restore the playlist audio files but I can't find all the files to copy from ipad to laptop.. I do not know my way around a mac so I'm struggling. I have an I -pad with working sets and playlists that I want to restore the audio form the IPAD to my Macbook PRO laptop. (MacOS Big Sur 11.7.10). I created a full backup and moved that over, but as you know it doesn't bring the audio. I found a folder in StageTraxx folder named Multitrack-Files with some audio data but not all the audio for every song. Even if I found everything I wouldn't know where move it to on the Macbook. Can I restore the audio files from ipad to Macbook? Or, Do I have to recreate every song from scratch.... that's what I'm about to do. Stressing....

I see what’s going on now. In the “Configure Multitrack Playback” Helix has 4 output pairs. 1,2 3,4 5,6 7 and 8. Only audio on 1,2 is playing. The audio tracks on 3,4 5,6 7,8 play but cannot hear them. I don’t know how this happened, maybe Ableton changed something but these output are fixed and I don’t see how to change the routing. The documentation says I can but how do I do that? I tried Audio Midi setup but no success. This was working until I decided to experiment.

Solved! As it turns out something, somehow, reconfigured the multitrack routings for my songs. I re-routed all the audio to Main Outputs to channel 1&2 and it'sal goodman! Sorry for wasting your time. I guess mine was not wasted since I learned more about how to use your software now. I also found where you store the audio files... right where you put them. If only I has spent as much time learning Mac interface and your software as I did playing. Playing is more FUN! Thanks
