Problem Purchasing Full Version

Hi. I'm having trouble purchasing the UNLOCKED VERSION on my iPad. After selecting Unlock Full Version $39.99 on the App, it takes me to the next page - Pay with Touch ID. I don't use Touch ID so I cant purchase. But even when I do select to purchase, the screen does nothing. Can I purchase some other way?

This is really a question for the App Store support. But as far as I know, if you just hold a finger on the sensor and it is not recognized, you can then authorize the purchase with your Apple password.
