  • App crashing on iOS 17.0.2 running latest app version

The app is usually rock solid and has been since I first installed it. The only difference I can make out is that I have upgraded to the latest version of iOS.

I’ve tried hard resetting my phone, but the app gets extremely laggy as I am playing one track and I’m searching for the next one or trying to queue the next one up. If I try and exit the app and go back into it whilst the track is playing it just gives me a black screen and finally crashes after about 20 seconds. It usually starts with a fault where the timer stops running, but the track keeps going for a little while . I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max so that shouldn’t be a problem. Any suggestions or fixes? I rely on this app daily.

So, the crash happens when you exit the searchbox? I am aware of this bug. It only crashes on phone and not on iPad. The bug will be fixed in version 3.8 which will be available in a few days.

The app seems stable when NOT connected to a Bluetooth receiver. Hope the fix comes soon. Hate not having a reliable app for work. Thanks for reply.

So the crash is not related to the search? How can I reproduce the issue?
