Volume buttons duff !!

Hi. The volume buttons on one of my iPads no longer work with ST3. They work with other apps ok. I’ve tried a hard reset but still no good. iPhone is ok. Any thoughts?

Works for me. Make sure you have no bluetooth or other audio interface connected. Some do not have volume controls.

Bluetooth is on but nothing connected. Checked phone which works ok, Bluetooth on and connected to watch. Anything else to try?

Do you see the volume slider on top of the Settings screen in ST3 moving when you press the volume buttons?

Hi Peter, yes I can use the individual vol + & - on song screen and it shows on the settings screen but not when pressing the iPad buttons . Stage iPad is ok as is my MacBook. I turned Bluetooth off but didn’t make any difference. Pad was ok a few days ago and buttons are ok on all other apps. It’s just ST3 on this one device. Wierd!!

I don't mean on the song screen. I mean on top of the Settings screen. There is a large volume slider where you can also select a bluetooth or Airplay target. Also make sure that "Combine Headphone & USB" is off because that would explain that the hardware buttons do not work.

Hi my volume slider is not there. I have an icon with a rectangle and a triangle over the lower half of it. and I have no sound

Can you post a screenshot? Also a screenshot of Settings > Audio Routing?
