iPad 3 compatible? Moving ST purchase between accounts?

first timer here...

I'm considering purchasing my own tablet for using Stagetraxx.
Wondering if iPad 3 will work with Stagetraxx? (I didn't find the system requirements)

I purchased stagetraxx on another persons account (Borrowing the iPad).
Can the purchase of stagetraxx be moved to my own account? So I don't have to purchase it
twice now that I'm getting my own iPad...

The system requirements are written on the Stage Traxx website. You need at least iOS13 to run the current version. Your iPad 3 has only iOS9 and will not be able to run Stage Traxx.

The oldest iPad that will run Stage Traxx is an iPad Air 2.

Purchases can not be moved from one AppleID to another AppleID. Well except when both accounts are in a family. Family sharing is enabled so that you can unlock the full version on any device in your family.

I have an ipad 2 ios 9.3.5 and have the demo stage traxx app, now I can (un block all functions) actívate that full versión buying it, how to do that?

If you have iOS 9 you can only run the deprecated version 2 of Stage Traxx. And in version 2 the full version was a separate app (you have "Stage Traxx Lite" and the full version is "Stage Traxx"). Both these apps are no longer available on the AppStore. Only existing users can install them via the Purchases section of the AppStore. So unfortunately there is no way to upgrade to the full version for you.
